Customer Care ~Rewards Program~ Our reward program is built in to your purchases and you don't have to do a thing! For each $300 that you spend, a $20 coupon will be mailed to you automatically. There are no fees, key chains or time limits. Once you earn a coupon, you are automatically earning your next one. Coupons are mailed out at the end of each month. There is a 60 day expiration date on your coupon so be sure to come in and use it! ~Class & Crop Cancellation Policy~ Please pre-register for classes at least three days prior to allow the instructors to prepare for the class. You may register in person or by phone. A credit card number is required at time of registration. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to a class, you will not be charged. Payment will be refunded if you pre-paid. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to class or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of class fee. If there is a waiting list and we can find someone to fill your space, you will not be charged. We reserve the right to cancel classes or crop with less than 3 people registered. If class is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons beyond our control, you will have the option of the rescheduled class (if offered) or a full refund. Classes are limited to age 14 and up. Please do not bring small children to class. We also ask that you turn off your cell phone during class as a courtesy to other students. ~Return Policy~ Full refund with within 30 days when accompanied by receipt. Refund will be made as payment was made. Store credit will be issued for lowest sale price without receipt. Non-returnable items: paper, books, magazines, pens and stickers. Damaged merchandise will be evenly exchanged. Clearance merchandise can not be returned.
